MON-GN
MON-GN is an e-commerce project I built and operated as a real-world experimentation ground:
a live production system, with real traffic, real constraints, and real responsibility.
This project allowed me to work on the balance between real business needs and clean architecture.
Vision
Instead of stacking uncontrolled plugins, I designed a platform that is:
- modular
- observable
- automated
- performance-oriented
The goal was simple: an e-commerce system that does not collapse under load.
What I built
For MON-GN, I designed and implemented:
- A multi-site PrestaShop architecture
- Custom modules (sync, security, catalog)
- Real-time stock synchronization
- Advanced caching systems
- Automation workflows
Technical challenges
- Securing publicly exposed infrastructure

What this project taught me
MON-GN forced me to:
